A clever man, Mr Goethe. 😉 Because even if our working weeks are, of course, not quite that dramatic, it simply does us good to celebrate together every now and then.
With sunshine, cool drinks and a well-filled buffet, we spent this year’s ColorLite summer party together last Friday. Away from projects, measuring instruments, meetings and the normal working day, there was one thing above all: time for conversations, shared laughter and a relaxed atmosphere.
In everyday working life, we often mainly meet colleagues from within our own departments. A summer party is therefore a great opportunity to bring colleagues from Production, IT, Marketing, Sales and Administration together in a relaxed setting.
Together, not just side by side

What makes an event like this special is not only good weather and a full barbecue. It is above all the many small contributions that create the right atmosphere.
For the buffet, wherever possible, we chose regional products: meat from Neidhardt in nearby Katlenburg, bread from Bäckerei Schulze in Berka and, of course, a cool Einbecker beer
With good food and plenty of conversation, the afternoon passed far too quickly.
A welcome break from the working day
For us, moments like these are more than just a pleasant change. They create space for encounters and conversations outside the day-to-day business – and for exactly the kind of togetherness that is also important in our everyday work.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to this successful barbecue with organisation, food, drinks and good spirits. 🔥
