Maintenance and calibration – measuring device monitoring
Our colour measurement devices and systems are developed and manufactured under the strictest quality requirements “Made in Germany”. We can therefore rightly say that we are proud of the quality of our products.
For permanent functionality, reliable performance and ensuring reproducible results, it is recommended to periodically maintain the equipment every 1 to 2 years, depending on the use of the instrument. In this way, you can ensure that you get reliable measurement results at all times, avoid costly downtime, and extend the life of your device.
In order to realize the full potential of your devices, we offer you a comprehensive maintenance package. We guarantee that maintenance usually takes no more than 5 business days, so you do not have work without the device for prolonged periods of time.
Our maintenance package includes:
An extensive entrance check
Test measurements
Cleaning and inspection of the probe head, including measurement of the LED spectrum
Checking the entire electronics (optical)
Check the battery and the charging circuit
Review of the calibration standard
Update the company software so that they are always up to date
Replacement of defective parts
Basic calibration of the device
Issue of a new certificate and a comprehensive test report
Attachment of a test label, complete with date
Final test
If you order annual maintenance we will give you a further 12-month guarantee period on the perfect functionality of the device.
We will also gladly supply a rental device for an administration fee for the duration of the maintenance, so that there is no interruption to your processes.
