The Industrial Process Monitoring system from ColorLite includes modern micro-system components, long-lasting LED light source and flexible optical fiber connections. The system is suited for continues total quality control of colours in the areas of plastic sheets, textiles, paper etc. The device and software can be designed to fit the product or customer specific needs.
The external dust proof probe head is connected to the main unit over an optical fiber, which can be many meters in length. This enables the scanning to be made direct in the production line.
The system can also be adapted to measure colours in a transmission mode.
